<p>This Festschrift honours the work of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Barbara Dauner-Lieb – president of the Constitutional Court Court of Nordrhein-Westphalia and professor at the University of Cologne - in academia, the judiciary and legal education. The collection of essays includes articles from a wide spectrum, in particular constitutional law, public international law, procedural law, private law, family law and company law. All articles take the role of the judiciary in academic research, practice and legal education as a common starting point.</p>
