Der Europäische Gerichtshof als Gestalter des Datenschutzrechts

<p>In practice, only the European Court of Justice comes into question for a Union-wide and uniform concretisation and further development of data protection law. It has significantly expanded its case law on data protection law in the last three years. The 26th Wiesbaden Data Protection Forum therefore examines the question of whether and how the European Court of Justice is taking on the challenges of shaping European data protection law.
