Einfuhrverbote für Kulturgüter

<p>Since December 2020, six different import bans under EU and national law must be observed when bringing cultural goods to Germany. These bans, which were successively issued between 2003 and 2019, are systematically analyzed and evaluated in this dissertation. It shows which bans must be observed in which import situations, which difficulties arise when applying the various bans and highlights their effects on the cross-border movement of cultural goods, the trade in cultural goods in Germany and the individual actors involved.</p>
