<p>For care professionals, the motor skills, cognition, psyche and constitution of the person in need of care are just as important as the social environment, the spatial surroundings and the expected development of the need for care for coping with outpatient care situations. In contrast to the quantitative differentiation of the need for care according to SGB XI, it is important for care professionals how easy or difficult the need for care can be managed. In addition, the attitudes, expectations and wishes of all participants and their relationship and communication are significant. The theoretical assumptions are based on interviews with care professionals, which are analyzed by the content analysis (inductive categories) and path models.</p>
