Ärztliche Strafbarkeitsrisiken bei der ambulanten Behandlung von Patienten mit Betäubungsmitteln

<p>Narcotics play a prominent role in medical practice. However, there are no in-depth (current) studies on the associated risks of criminal liability and the field of tension in which doctors operate. This work closes a gap in this respect and classifies outpatient treatment with narcotics as a whole in terms of legal policy and narcotics criminal law. Both substitution therapy, which has always been problematic, and other treatments with narcotics are examined. In both areas, the work uncovers numerous legal uncertainties, inaccuracies and contradictions in the legal regulations and makes suggestions de lege ferenda.</p>
