<jats:p>The paper presents the results of applying the TopoCad software package for calculating geometric elements of metro running tunnel alignment. Using the section between the Vavilovskaya and Akademicheskaya stations of the Moscow Metro as an example, the features of the graphical method for alignment definition, formation of transition elements and preparation of data for staking-out operations are demonstrated.</jats:p>
