Abstract
<jats:p>The article is dedicated to the buildings of the 19th-20th centuries, which have replenished the list of monuments of Vanadzor and have historical, architectural, urban planning and artistic value. Considering the fact that they were not included in the list of Vanadzor monuments, they are provisionally called ‘newly discovered’. As a result of the work I have carried out in recent years, the presented structures have received a Monument status according to the assessment of the expert commission of the MoESCS. The presented monuments help determine the development of the city. A brief history of the settlement is also mentioned.</jats:p>
