Abstract

<jats:p>The article presents a study of methods and tools for developing intelligent business process management systems. The authors examine modern approaches to business process management, such as reengineering, PDCA methodology, DMAIC, SCRUM, and Kanban, and conduct a comparative analysis of these tools, identifying their advantages and application features. This allows the company's team to choose the most suitable system for their organization, enabling them to effectively manage a range of tasks and optimize resource allocation. A separate section focuses on the automation of business processes using intelligent technologies and the evaluation of their effectiveness. The article focused on the main types of intelligent systems. The goal of the study is to identify the most effective approaches to automating and optimizing management tasks using artificial intelligence technologies. The study addresses the challenges of analyzing existing intelligent systems, integrating them into business processes, and assessing their impact on the quality and speed of managerial decision-making. The research methodology includes a comparative analysis, examination of practical implementation experiences, and the development of recommendations for selecting tools based on the specific nature of business tasks.</jats:p>
