Abstract
The article examines one of the significant monuments of early medieval Armenian ecclesiastical architecture, focusing on the reconstruction of its original spatial composition and domed structure. Based on the analysis of scholarly sources, field observations, and the surviving architectural evidence, the church is dated to the V–VI centuries and is interpreted as a cross-domed building. Although some modern researchers have questioned the existence of a dome, the data recorded by early scholars and the preserved structural elements clearly support the presence of an original domed system.
