<jats:p>The development of science and technology is considered a key prerequisite for national competitiveness, economic stability, and innovative progress. The effective formulation and implementation of state science strategies make it possible to ensure the growth of a knowledge-based economy and the targeted use of scientific potential. For Armenia, this issue is particularly important, given the limited resources and structural challenges of the research system. The relevance of the study arises from the need to modernize Armenia’s scientific policy and align it with international standards.</jats:p>
