Abstract

<jats:p>The article presents an analysis of deviant behavior of minors. Despite the problem of deviance and the efforts of our state to prevent crimes committed by adolescents, there are objective grounds for concern. The emergence of new information and security threats is a significant source of criminalization of society, including adolescents. Global and domestic political processes affect the development of crime and lead not to its growth, but to a change in its nature - an increase in aggressiveness, social danger, cruelty. Crime is developing more professionally and technologically, rapidly mastering innovative tools and techniques and arming itself. The analysis of crime combines various scientific approaches, and their application helps to identify patterns and trends in the development of crime. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the psychological approach as a promising area for studying deviant behavior among adolescents.</jats:p>
