Abstract
<jats:p>The given article presents the production of essential oils from the raw materials of the peppermint plant (M. piperita), which grows in two regions of Armenia: Shirak and Lori, the assessment and comparison of their quantitative and qualitative composition. The purpose of the paper is to assess the plant resources of the northern regions of Armenia in order to obtain valuable essential oils, especially since every day there is an increasing interest in essential oil herbs growing in various climatic conditions. In connection with the quantitative assessment of the content of peppermint essential oil, which is a valuable raw material for the production of essential oil, a proposal has been made that will help alleviate the difficult social situation of the population of the region by solving the issue of workplaces./ Հոդվածում ներկայացված է Հայաստանի երկու՝ Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզերում աճող դաղձ պղպեղային (M. piperita) բուսատեսակի հումքից եթերայուղերի ստացումը, դրանց քանակական ու որակական կազմերի գնահատումն ու համեմատումը, որի նպատակն է գնահատել ՀՀ-ի հյուսիսային մարզերի բուսական ռեսուրսները՝ արժեքավոր եթերայուղերի ստացման նպատակով, հատկապես, որ օրեցօր աճում է հետաքրքրությունը տարբեր բնակլիմայական պայմաններում աճող եթերայուղատու դեղաբույսերի նկատմամբ: Եթերայուղային արտադրության համար արժեքավոր հումք հանդիսացող դաղձ պղպեղայինի եթերայուղի պարունակության քանակական գնահատման համատեքստում կատարվել է առաջարկություն, որը կնպաստի տարածքի բնակչության սոցիալական ծանր վիճակի մեղմմանը՝ լուծելով նրանց աշխատատեղերի հարցը:</jats:p>
