<jats:p>This article presents the participation of Armenian youth in the labor market and the main factors related to it in the context of the social adaptation process. The article is based on the results of a mixed methods sociological research, on the basis of which the main social practices of the involvement of young people in the RA labor market were highlighted.</jats:p>
