Abstract
<jats:p>The presented monograph is the result of many years of work by a team of young scientists of the CEMI RAS, specialists from various fields of science, who have made their contribution, emphasizing continuity and cohesion in the super-important task of creating (reviving) a three-level system of training interdisciplinary IT specialists, combining research institute, university and school. A significant role in the book is given to the time-tested principles of the USSR's first-class educational system, which was built on the basis of fundamental principles, academic rigor, mentorship, a practice-oriented approach, and interdisciplinarity. These principles form the basis of the flagship and educational project of the Central Economic and Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Workshop for Innovative Modeling (ROSMIM). The Institute's specialists combine three crucial elements of a comprehensive educational ecosystem that ensures continuous knowledge transfer for the preparation of highly qualified professionals. The joint results of fruitful cooperation are demonstrated: the author's methodology, software developments, approbation on various government platforms, achievements. The monograph will be useful to researchers, teachers, developers of educational programs, and specialists in the field of simulation modeling.</jats:p>
