Abstract
<jats:p>This article presents a detailed description of the software and methodology for calculating electronic technological maps, named the “Automated System for Justification of Technological Means in Crop Production” (ASOTSR). The developed system significantly reduces the labor intensity of preparing technological maps by automating the formation of operation lists, allocation of machinery and tractors, and calculation of key technical and economic indicators. ASOTSR enables rapid management of technological processes in crop production, allowing planning and adjustment of the sequence of operations according to specific crops, field areas, and farm conditions. The integration of digital technologies and precision agriculture components improves resource efficiency, reduces operational costs, and enhances crop yield and product quality. The system is linked with reference data on agricultural machinery, equipment, and cultivation technologies, providing convenient access to information and visualization of processes. The methodology and software are recommended for use in both research institutions and practical agricultural enterprises to optimize production planning and decision-making.Additionally, the system supports scenario modeling, enabling users to compare different technological strategies and select the most efficient solutions. It incorporates weather data analysis, soil condition monitoring, and resource availability to refine recommendations. The user-friendly interface ensures accessibility for specialists with varying levels of technical expertise, while built-in reporting tools facilitate data-driven management and continuous improvement of agricultural operations.Furthermore, the implementation of ASOTSR contributes to the standardization of technological documentation and improves coordination between different departments within agricultural enterprises.
