<jats:p>Nikolai Marr has a great contribution in the field of Armenian Studies. He was a specialist in Armenian Studies, Oriental Studies, Caucasian Studies, linguist, archaeologist, pedagogue and translator. Among his most prominent students were internationally renowned scientists such as Nicholas Adontz and Hovsep Orbeli. We are indebted to Marr for the fact of appreciating and propaganda in the international arena of Armenian culture.</jats:p>
