Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена сравнительному правовому анализу института административной ответственности за нарушение законодательства в области обращения с отходами в России, Казахстане и Узбекистане. Проведен анализ общего и особенного в мерах ответственности, ее масштабах и национальной специфике.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of the institution of administrative responsibility for violations of legislation in the field of waste management in Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
