Abstract
<jats:p>This study focused on small and medium-sized businesses in Bangladesh throughout the 21st century. Interviews provide qualitative data. Interviewees indicate that small and medium-sized enterprises in Bangladesh have challenges related to funding, infrastructure, and several other difficulties. Small and medium-sized firms may enhance economic growth, employment, and quality of life in modern Bangladesh. Stakeholders in the plan were the government, businesspeople, and labor representatives. Small and medium enterprises in Bangladesh influence GDP, employment, economic development, and infrastructure. This research examined the impact of strategic management techniques on Bangladeshi SMEs. Strategy formulation, execution, and assessment were developed using contemporary literature. Our hypothesis was evaluated in SPSS, which revealed a robust positive correlation between the variables in the regression analysis. The formulation, implementation, and assessment of strategies, along with strategic management practices, were statistically correlated with SME success in Bangladesh. Policy concepts, practical applications, and enduring consequences were analyzed.</jats:p>
