Abstract
The focus of this study is the northern subtype of the Razlog dialect, known as the dialect of Pripetsite. The aim of the article is to examine and describe the personal and demonstrative pronouns of this dialectal subtype. Based on the analysis of the linguistic material, the following key generalisations can be made: regarding personal pronouns, the dialect of Pripetsite exhibits features of both East Bulgarian and West Bulgarian dialects. The demonstrative pronouns retain an archaic three-part West Bulgarian model with pronominal elements -т, -в, -н, while at the same time showing a tendency toward simplification into a two-part model, as found in most Bulgarian dialects and in standard Bulgarian.
