<jats:p>This scientific article examines the development of the legal status and socio-economic functions of trade union organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan during 2011–2026 based on continuous chronological analysis. The study covers the evolution of the legal and regulatory framework, institutional reforms, social partnership mechanisms, and their impact on labor relations from a cause-and-effect perspective. Positive changes in the activities of trade unions, as well as unresolved problems, are also comprehensively analyzed. Based on the scientific conclusions, directions for improving this institution are substantiated.</jats:p>
