Abstract
<jats:p>Настоящая статья посвящена вопросу об использовании цифровых и автоматизированных технологий в сфере административного права. Так, авторами описываются основные нормативно-правовые акты и стратегические проекты Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях в условиях непрерывного процесса цифровизации. Представлена официальная статистическая сводка цифровых данных о распространении судебных онлайн-систем («ГАС Правосудие», АИ «Мой Арбитр», «Податьвсуд РФ», «Портал юридических решений», «Госуслуги») среди физических и юридических лиц за 2024 г. Для углубленного изучения структурные показатели представлены графически. Дополнительно анализируются административные правонарушения в секторе дорожного движения при использовании электронных машин с функцией видеозаписи и киносъемки. Описаны функции цифровых онлайн-платформ в сфере юриспруденции административных правонарушений.</jats:p> <jats:p>This scientific article is devoted to the use of digital and automated technologies in the field of administrative law. Thus, the authors describe the main regulatory legal acts and strategic projects of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses in the context of the continuous process of digitalization. The official statistical summary of digital data on the distribution of online judicial systems (“GAS Justice”, AI “My Arbitrator”, “Submit to the Court of the Russian Federation”, “Portal of Legal Solutions”, “Gosuslugi”) among individuals and legal entities for 2024 is presented. For an in-depth study, the structural indicators are presented graphically. Additionally, administrative offenses in the traffic sector are analyzed when using electronic machines with video recording and filming functions. The functions of digital online platforms in the field of administrative law are described. As a result of the research article, the relevant conclusions and conclusions are formulated.</jats:p>
