Abstract
<jats:p>В статье представлены результаты исследования, посвященного оценке и сравнительному анализу уровня цифровой зрелости федеральных округов Российской Федерации. Целью исследования является выявление межрегиональных диспропорций в цифровом развитии и определение ключевых факторов, влияющих на формирование цифрового неравенства. Методология включает построение многокомпонентной модели, оценивающей цифровую инфраструктуру, качество цифровых услуг, человеческий капитал и внедрение инновационных технологий. Проведенный анализ выявил сегментацию округов: Центральный, Северо-Западный и Уральский федеральные округа формируют группу лидеров, в то время как Северо-Кавказский и Дальневосточный – демонстрируют критическое отставание по большинству показателей.</jats:p> <jats:p>This article presents the results of a study assessing and comparatively analyzing the level of digital maturity in the federal districts of the Russian Federation. The study aims to identify interregional disparities in digital development and determine the key factors influencing the formation of a digital divide. The methodology includes constructing a multi-component model that evaluates digital infrastructure, the quality of digital services, human capital, and the implementation of innovative technologies. The analysis revealed a segmentation of the districts: the Central, Northwestern, and Ural Federal Districts form a group of leaders, while the North Caucasus and Far Eastern Federal Districts demonstrate a critical lag in most indicators.</jats:p>
