Abstract

Thanks to dedicated professionals, the education sector ensures a high-quality learning process; their role is crucial in shaping future generations, and their efforts are focused on modernizing the methodological foundation of education and science. The training of these specialists is based on strong knowledge, practical skills, and the comprehensive development of their professional competencies. University communities must create an open educational environment that provides students with in-depth theoretical and practical mastery of teaching fundamentals and methods, while also fostering their personal development. The formation of a teacher as a professional is closely intertwined with the development of their morality and professional values. A modern educator is more than just a source of knowledge; they are a mentor, a guide, a researcher, and a leader whose example inspires active engagement in both life and professional growth. At the same 220 time, the educational environment should nurture in future teachers a sense of selfworth, tolerance, responsibility, teamwork skills, and openness to innovation. Inna Repko, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work at the Municipal Establishment «Kharkiv Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy» of the Kharkiv Regional Council (hereinafter – the Academy), plays a key role in the training of future teachers and in ensuring a high standard of the educational process at the institution. Her work is focused on improving the quality of education, actively supporting student projects, and implementing innovative ideas to advance the Academy and higher education as a whole.
