Abstract
<jats:p>Natural Language Processing (NLP) is transforming the customer experience and transforming businesses into data-driven ones. NLP technologies enable personalized customer relations and machine-like service completion through chatbots and virtual assistants. These tools use artificial intelligence to provide timely and relevant help, enhancing service speed. NLP-based sentiment analysis helps businesses understand customer emotions from various platforms, improving products and marketing strategies. NLP also helps turn ill-structured textual data into useful insights, such as topic analysis, keyword extraction, and entity identification. This helps organizations analyze trends, consumer preferences, and emerging issues for strategic decision-making. NLP increases efficiency by saving time on repetitive data processing activities. Integrating NLP with data-driven methodologies enhances customer interaction and improves business performance in today's data-driven environment.</jats:p>
