Abstract

<jats:p>In a country like India, where language diversity is present, it becomes essential to choose the medium of instruction for higher study. In this chapter, we aim to determine which medium of instruction will receive the most preference for studying in schools at the Higher Secondary (10+2) level. Here, Triangular Neutrosophic Numbers (TNNs) are used to incorporate uncertainty into the dataset. Here, two MCDM methods, namely CRITIC and COPRAS, are applied. The CRITIC method is applied to evaluate the criteria weight and the ranking of alternatives is performed by using the COPRAS method.</jats:p>
