Abstract
Emotional intelligence has a strong correlation with leadership. EI affects a person both positively and negatively, but being aware of one's emotions is the best way to manage them, which can also help one control them. People's emotions can be influenced by the environment they are surrounded in. Everything is based on EI as one has to control their feelings and emotions, and also know how to handle others in the workplace. Our current research aims to gather all studies conducted between 2000 and 2024 on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development. The VOS viewer software is used in this bibliometric study. A database comprising 423 articles from 2000 to 2024 is created for this purpose using the Scopus database. A comprehensive examination of publication trends, productive writers, journals, and international collaboration is carried out. This study provides a simple information source that encompasses all of the research in the subject for academics interested in investigating leadership development and emotional intelligence.
