Abstract
<jats:p>Organizational success relies on workplace safety, yet complex modern environments often make traditional training insufficient. AI offers a transformative solution by combining real-time monitoring, immersive simulations, adaptive learning, and predictive analytics to enhance safety training. It reduces human error, strengthens resilience, improves risk prediction, and ensures regulatory compliance. Applications such as automated inspections, behavioural monitoring, VR simulations, and predictive maintenance lower accidents while fostering a proactive safety culture. Gamified learning, wearables, and IoT devices further personalize training and boost engagement. Despite challenges like bias, privacy, and high costs, proper strategies and human oversight enable ethical, scalable adoption. With AI, organizations gain a cost-effective, future-ready system that protects workers, improves compliance, and drives sustainable excellence.</jats:p>
