Neurodigital Engineering of Human Capital in Intelligent Multi-Stakeholder Organizational Learning Systems

<jats:p>Human capital neurodigital engineering integrates cognitive neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to model, reinforce, and anticipate learning trajectories in multi-stakeholder organizational ecosystems. This chapter examines its theoretical foundations, maps institutional challenges, and presents empirical evidence of corporate implementation, proposing a research agenda that harmonizes radical personalization, cognitive justice, and ethical governance. It is concluded that neurodigital convergence constitutes a strategic paradigm for resilience and sustainable innovation.</jats:p>
