Abstract

<jats:p>Current organizations use accessibility as a strategic element that determines their institutional success. This chapter discusses how accessibility improvements are made in physical spaces, digital platforms, and organizational systems. Accessibility helps companies and service providers improve operational performance by applying the principle of “leading for dignity. The study shows that organizations that implement inclusive leadership methods and focus on accessibility provide better results in productivity, innovation, service delivery standards, and organizational credibility. The chapter establishes a Dignity-Centered Accessibility Framework by combining the Resource-Based View, Stakeholder Theory, and Inclusive Leadership Theory through a conceptual and doctrinal research approach that draws on secondary data, policy analysis, and case studies.</jats:p>
