Abstract

<jats:p>Artificial intelligence (AI) is positioned not only as a technological innovation but also as a key driving force of organizational transformation in today's digital economy. In this context, the aim of this study is to investigate the impact of AI on Product Innovation processes through a systematic literature review supported by bibliometric analysis. The study investigates existing academic publications to identify leading contributors, major research themes, and collaboration patterns within this interdisciplinary field. A total of 85 articles were analyzed using bibliometric techniques. Influential authors, institutions, and methodological trends were mapped using data derived from prominent academic databases. The analysis reveals the evolution of AI-related Product Innovation research, current gaps in the literature, and future research directions. This chapter provides both theoretical contributions and strategic insights for practitioners, offering a conceptual foundation for future studies at the intersection of AI and Product Innovation.</jats:p>
