Abstract
Process Sentience has been introduced as a higher order of Autonomous Business Process Management whereby workflows become more dynamic, instead of being rule-based automation, and cognitively coordinated and governance-conscious systems. The response to real-time cues and risk response is achieved through dynamic reconfiguration of processes using structured Cognitive-Orchestration Framework of sensing, reasoning, learning, and adaptive action. Evidence of cross-domain proves that there are measurable improvements in resilience, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Autonomy gradients guarantee calibrated autonomy aided by transparency, auditability and human monitoring, making BPM a strategic ability in intelligent these days firms.
