Abstract
<jats:p>Исследование проводилась на стандартной хронической модели вентральной грыжи передней брюшной стенки с использованием оригинального инструмента для измерения силы натяжения апоневроза и устройства для интраоперационного вытяжения фасций прямых мышц живота. Цель эксперимента - выявление потенциала по снижению натяжения и ликвидации диастаза с помощью технологии вытяжения мышечно-апоневратического комплекса. Проведенные манипуляции, в трех анатомических областях передней брюшной стенки позволили восстановить анатомическую конфигурацию тканей, а анализ статистических показателей до и после моделирования обнаружить обратную зависимость между полученными значениями.</jats:p> <jats:p>The study was carried out on a standard chronic model of ventral hernia of the anterior abdominal wall using an original instrument for measuring the tension force of aponeurosis and a device for intraoperative stretching of the fascia of the rectus abdominis muscles. The purpose of the experiment is to identify the potential for reducing tension and eliminating diastasis using the technology of stretching the muscle-aponeurotic complex. The manipulations performed in three anatomical areas of the anterior abdominal wall allowed us to restore the anatomical configuration of tissues, and the analysis of statistical indicators before and after modeling revealed an inverse relationship between the values obtained.</jats:p>
