Abstract
<jats:p>Злокачественные новообразования (ЗНО) легких занимают одну из лидирующих позиций в структуре заболеваемости ЗНО в России и в мире. На примере города Смоленск и районов Смоленской области можно проанализировать, как именно меняется заболеваемость данной патологией в крупном городе и в сельском районе. Чтобы лучше понять особенности диагностики и заболеваемости раком легкого, было проведено исследование впервые выявленных случаев заболевания данной патологией в Смоленской области за период с 2018 по 2022 годы.</jats:p> <jats:p>Malignant neoplasms (MNT) of the lungs occupy one of the leading positions in the structure of the incidence of cancer in Russia and in the world. Using the example of the city of Smolensk and the districts of the Smolensk region, it is possible to analyze exactly how the incidence of this pathology changes in a large city and in a rural area. To better understand the features of diagnosis and incidence of lung cancer, a study was conducted of a sample of cases of this pathology in the Smolensk region for the period from 2018 to 2022.</jats:p>
