Abstract
<jats:p>Проведено сплошное статистическое исследование, в ходе которого проанализированы все истории болезней пациентов моложе 18 лет, наблюдавшихся в детской областной больнице г. Брянска с впервые установленным диагнозом СД1 в период 01.01.2014-31.12.2021 г. Выделены возрастные группы: до 1 года, 1-4 года, 5-9 лет, 10-14 лет, 15-17 лет. Оценена заболеваемость СД1 среди детского населения до 18 лет. Проведено сравнение заболеваемости по месяцам года, а также между возрастными группами в динамике за исследуемый период. Проанализированы гендерные различия заболеваемости детей СД1. За исследуемые 8 лет средний показатель заболеваемости СД 1 составил 25,5/100 тыс. соответствующего населения, также отмечен прирост заболеваемости в 1,5 раза. Выявлен прирост заболеваемости СД1 у детей. Возрастная структура заболеваемости в целом сохраняет стабильность. Присутствует сезонность заболеваемости СД1 у детей Брянской области. Сезонность манифестации различна в зависимости от пола.</jats:p> <jats:p>A continuous statistical study was conducted, during which all the medical histories of patients under the age of 18 who were observed in the Children's regional hospital of Bryansk with a first-time diagnosis of DM1 in the period 01.01.2014-12.31.2021 were analyzed. Age groups are allocated: up to 1 year, 1-4 years, 5-9 years, 10-14 years, 15-17 years. The incidence of DM1 among children under 18 years of age was estimated. The comparison of morbidity by months of the year, as well as between age groups in dynamics over the study period was carried out. Gender differences in the incidence of children with DM1 are analyzed. Over the studied 8 years, the average incidence of DM 1 was 25.5/100 thousand of the corresponding population, and an increase in the incidence of 1.5 times was also noted. An increase in the incidence of DM1 in children was revealed. The age structure of morbidity as a whole remains stable. There is a seasonality of the incidence of DM1 in children of the Bryansk region. The seasonality of manifestation varies depending on gender.</jats:p>
