Abstract
<jats:p>Искусственная вентиляция легких (ИВЛ) у пациентов в интенсивной терапии приводит к пролонгированию контаминации представителями больничной флоры. У 74 пациентов отделения анестезиологии и реанимации, уже впервые 3-ое суток лечебных мероприятий были найдены позитивные результаты из различных биологических жидкостей. Причем, количество обсемененного материала резко возрастало по числу положительных результатов. К концу периода наблюдения состав микрофлоры представлен в основном клебсиеллой, ацинетобактером, кандидой.</jats:p> <jats:p>Artificial lung ventilation (ventilator) in patients in intensive care leads to prolonged contamination by representatives of the hospital flora. In 74 patients of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive care, positive results from various biological fluids were found for the first time on the 3rd day of therapeutic measures. Moreover, the amount of seeded material increased dramatically in terms of the number of positive results. By the end of the observation period, the composition of the microflora is mainly represented by Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, Candida.</jats:p>
