Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph examines the current issues of legal support for innovative scientific and research infrastructure in Ukraine and possible changes, considering that our country has acquired candidate status for EU membership. The reform of legal mechanisms for managing research infrastructure facilities after the introduction of martial law in early 2022 and to the present day is considered. Existing problems in the organizational and legal aspects of assessing the resources of higher educational institutions are revealed. The draft regulation on monitoring and evaluation of scientific and scientific-technical activities carried out by higher educational institutions and scientific institutions is proposed. The monograph is recommended for participants in the educational process and everyone who is interested in the problems of legal support for innovative scientific and research infrastructure.</jats:p>
