Abstract
The monograph provides a comprehensive analysis of the contemporary legal status of war veterans and the specific features of the realization of their labour and entrepreneurial rights. It examines the theoretical foundations of the concept and classification of war veterans, the particularities of ensuring veterans’ right to work under martial law, as well as the system of guarantees and benefits granted to war veterans within the framework of social protection. Special attention is devoted to the legislative foundations of veteran entrepreneurship and the practical aspects of business planning, which together form the basis for the economic integration of veterans into society. The monograph is intended for researchers, legal practitioners, lecturers, postgraduate and doctoral students, law students of higher education institutions, and all those interested in legal issues related to the professional adaptation and entrepreneurial rights of war veterans.
