Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматриваются возможности и ограничения применения технологий виртуальной (далее – VR) и дополненной (далее – AR) реальности в системе психологической подготовки спасателей МЧС России. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом сложности устранения последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций, повышенными требованиями к психологической устойчивости сотрудников и активной цифровизацией профессиональной подготовки. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных научных публикаций раскрываются психологические механизмы воздействия иммерсивных технологий, их потенциал в формировании стрессоустойчивости, навыков саморегуляции и готовности к деятельности в условиях неопределенности. Особое внимание уделяется ограничениям и рискам использования VR/AR-технологии, включая психофизиологические эффекты, методические трудности и организационные барьеры внедрения. Установлена целесообразность интеграции VR/AR-технологий в систему психологического обеспечения МЧС при условии научной валидации, нормативного регулирования и профессиональной подготовки специалистов.</jats:p> <jats:p>This article discusses the possibilities and limitations of using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies in the psychological training system for rescuers and personnel of EMERCOM of Russia. The relevance of this study is driven by the increasing complexity of mitigating the consequences of emergencies, heightened requirements for the psychological resilience of personnel, and the rapid digitalization of professional training. Based on an analysis of domestic and international scientific publications, the article reveals the psychological mechanisms of immersive technologies and their potential for developing stress resilience, self-regulation skills, and readiness to operate under conditions of uncertainty. Special attention is paid to the limitations and risks of using VR/AR technologies, including psychophysiological effects, methodological challenges, and organizational barriers to implementation. The feasibility of integrating VR/AR technologies into the psychological support system of EMERCOM of Russia has been established, provided that scientific validation, regulatory oversight, and professional training of specialists are ensured.</jats:p>
