Abstract
<jats:p>Bilimsel yayınlarda hangi durumların etik açıdan sorunlara yol açtığı önemli bir konudur. Çünkü, bilim dünyasının ürettiklerinin “güvenilir” olması bir zorunluluktur. Bilim dünyası öncelikle bu tür sorunları farketmek, tespit etmek ve ardından da kendi iç denetimini gerçekleştirmek durumundadır. Bu bağlamda, bilimsel yayınlara temel oluşturan araştırma ve yayın süreçlerindeki etik sorunlar tanımlanmalı; hangi tür eylemlerin bu tanımlara denk düştüğü belirlenmeli ve proaktif bir şekilde önleyici bir yaklaşım geliştirilmelidir. Bu bölüm, kısaca sözü edilen etik sorunları tanımlamaktadır. Identifying ethical issues in scientific publications looks a crucial matter. This is because the "reliability" of scientific output is a necessity. The scientific community must first recognize and identify such these problems, and then implement its own internal control mechanisms. In this context, ethical issues in the research and publication processes that form the basis of scientific publications should be defined; the types of actions that correspond to these definitions should be determined; and a proactive, preventive approach should be developed. This section briefly defines thesesort of ethical issues.</jats:p>
