Advanced Thoracic Surgery

<jats:p>Today is mostly different than it was 30 years ago. New technologic applications and pharmacologic developments vastly changed thoracic surgery, enriching its operation spectrum. They have led to improved diagnostic applications and operative procedures. As advances occur results of operation are being examined better than old ages because of computer and network technology also. Somewhere online communication is being replacing face to face examination, was witnessed in Covid 19 period. Now, major surgery performed using the smallest incisions, causing the less pain and short hospital stay. Intensive care units can successfully supply the post-operative period. So, the hands of surgeon are stronger according to previous ages not only as a science but also as an art.</jats:p>
