Abstract
<jats:p>The necessity of theoretical and methodological substantiation for the use of digital educational resources is determined by the lack of a holistic systemic approach to their application. The purpose of the study is to develop the foundations for constructing a complex of digital educational resources. The author clarifies the concept of “digital educational resources,” suggested their classification, and defined the principles and functions of their use. The scientific novelty is the development of an effective complex of electronic resources that ensure the interrelated implementation of all functions and the integrity of the educational process in the digital environment.</jats:p>
