Abstract
<jats:p>The purpose of this study is to identify and theoretically substantiate a set of conditions for the organizational and pedagogical design of the educational environment of a higher education institution. The findings of the study may be applied in university educational management practice to enhance the effectiveness of developing students’ entrepreneurial competencies, as well as in the design of educational and methodological materials and professional development programs for faculty members implementing academic programs.</jats:p>
