Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph focuses on the issue of positive change in organizations, businesses, and society in the context of current economic, technological, social, and environmental challenges. The authors analyse the preconditions for successful transformation and identify factors that support long-term sustainability, innovation, resilience, and organizational competitiveness. Attention is devoted to strategic management, change management, digitalization, leadership, human capital development, intergenerational learning, and environmental responsibility. An important part of the publication addresses family business, succession, and investment in renewable energy sources as factors supporting positive organizational and social transformation.
