Elective Affinity: On the Cases of Unjust Discrimination When Restoring Terms for Accepting Inheritance

<jats:p>This article addresses the issue of discrimination against individuals seeking to establish familial ties with the deceased, particularly non-marital children, in cases where courts are considering the restoration of time periods for accepting inheritance. Some measures are proposed, including legislative actions, to eliminate such discrimination.</jats:p>
