Abstract
The article discusses the problem of forming regional logistics strategies for adapting enterprises to disruptions in supply chains caused by war, global crises, and structural economic restructuring. The destruction of production facilities, transport infrastructure, and restrictions on access to seaports have led to a 29.2% drop in Ukraine's GDP and a 44.7% drop in industrial production, creating unprecedented pressure on businesses and requiring new approaches to supply chain management. These challenges are particularly acute at the regional level, where the stability of individual enterprises and the economic security of territories depend on the efficiency of logistics. The aim of the study is to develop a system of regional logistics strategies for enterprises to adapt to disruptions in supply chains in crisis conditions. To achieve this goal, content analysis of regulatory and industry documents, comparative analysis of official statistics, and empirical surveys of representatives of enterprises in the Volyn, Rivne, and Lviv regions were used. The data obtained allowed us to identify the main problems: changes in supply routes, increased logistics costs, and a lack of warehouses and digital management tools. The paper identifies the key factors of regional sustainability of logistics systems − logistics flexibility, digital integration, and managerial readiness for crises. Based on this, an integrated model of regional adaptation is proposed, which combines route diversification, the introduction of digital supply management platforms (ERP, GPS tracking, electronic document management), and the creation of regional coordination systems between enterprises, authorities, and logistics centers. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed model as a diagnostic tool for assessing the readiness of enterprises for crisis situations and planning regional development strategies. The proposed approach allows for improving the efficiency of supply management, reducing the time needed to restore chains in crises, and strengthening the economic stability of Ukraine's regions.
