Abstract

<jats:p>The article explores the specific features of the transformation of the social economy of rural areas, which is taking place under the influence of digitalization, in the context of systemic changes in the nature of employment, professional behavior and overall efficiency of the workforce. The features of the formation of the resilience of employees in an environment where digital tools determine the intensity of communications, the speed of management decisions and new forms of interaction between the employer and staff are revealed. Psychological management models are analyzed, which allow increasing the adaptability of labor collectives, strengthening their internal motivation, and ensuring the stability of business activity at the local level. The features of personnel auditing as a mechanism for assessing the professional suitability of employees, identifying factors of labor fatigue, determining the strengths of the collective and forming individual development maps for the enterprise's personnel are investigated. The features of digital approaches to human resources management are identified, which contribute to building a system of decent work in the conditions of the rural economy, which involves both remote formats of labor interaction and the use of electronic tools for monitoring labor results. It is proven that the implementation of digital solutions in combination with psychologically verified management approaches allows for the formation of new models of labor behavior aimed at reducing the risks of professional adaptation and supporting the social sustainability of rural communities. It is substantiated that the digital social economy of the village requires systematic coordination of management approaches, personnel assessment tools and employee support mechanisms, which ensures an increase in the quality of employment, strengthening human potential and expanding opportunities for decent work in modern conditions. It has been determined that the combination of analytical procedures for personnel assessment and psychologically balanced management decisions creates conditions for the stability of professional behavior of employees. It has been proven that supporting the internal stability of labor collectives ensures long-term effectiveness and harmonious development of the human potential of rural areas.</jats:p>
