Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and applied foundations of integrating uncertainty management systems and stakeholder interaction into information technology projects to create shared value. It is established that under conditions of digital transformation, the effectiveness of IT project implementation depends on the combination of the technological complexity of digital solutions, the level of resource provision, and an organization’s ability to coordinate managerial, informational, and communication processes within a unified digital environment. The study finds that traditional functionally separated management systems lack sufficient adaptability, transparency, and synchronization of interactions among key stakeholder groups, leading to information asymmetry, duplication of management functions, fragmentation of digital platforms, conflicts of interest, and increased managerial uncertainty. The paper systematizes the main indications of management system disintegration in IT projects and identifies their impact on the implementation results of digital solutions. It is found that uncertainty in the digital project environment is, to a significant extent, driven by insufficient integration of interactions among key stakeholder groups, in addition to external risks and technological changes. A conceptual approach to forming an integrated system for managing uncertainty and stakeholder interaction in IT projects is proposed. This approach involves combining risk monitoring systems, stakeholder coordination mechanisms, information and analytical subsystems, ERP and CRM systems, digital project management platforms, predictive analytics tools, and flexible adaptive response mechanisms. It has been determined that such integration ensures consistency in management decisions, enhances the transparency of information flows, reduces management uncertainty, and strengthens the resilience of digital transformation. The study concludes that integrating uncertainty management systems and stakeholder interaction enables a transition from fragmented individual risk responses to a holistic adaptive management environment in which digital platforms, analytical systems, and coordination mechanisms function as interconnected components for shared value creation.
