Abstract
<jats:p>The article analyzes the use of special software by hotel business enterprises at the current stage of development, examines the trends in the development of the hotel industry, technological trends in the development of the Russian Federation, as well as the impact of mega and macro factors on the need for digital transformation of the hotel industry. A comprehensive approach and methods of system and logical analysis, as well as a visualization method, are used as scientific tools. As a result of the research are presents model and strategy of digital transformation (in general form) for the enterprises of hotel business in the context of sustainable development.</jats:p>
