Abstract
<jats:p xml:lang="en">The volume gathers the essays of the conference “The Protection of Rights in the Era of Digital Artistic Reproduction” (Siena, April 19, 2024), structured in three sections. The first explores the use and digital reproduction of public cultural heritage from various legal and regulatory perspectives. The second examines the impact of AI and digital tools on the art market, addressing new challenges and opportunities, including NFTs and web scraping. The third focuses on digital documentation and the protection of fundamental rights, discussing the relationship between copyright, freedom of expression, and the right to access to culture.</jats:p>
