Abstract
Background. All facial structures are subject to age-related changes: skin, subcutaneous adipose tissue, the musculo-aponeurotic system, and bone structures. Depending on the predominant aging of a particular area, and taking into account the constitutional features of the face, different types of aging can be identified. Materials and methods. Currently, the classification of age-related changes by I.I. Kolgunenko is used to determine the type of aging, which distinguishes 5 morphotypes. When prescribing correction for age-related changes, it is necessary to consider which variant of age-related changes the patient belongs to. For example, filler correction will be limited in cases of the deformational type of aging, and the tired morphotype will require more careful selection of parameters for apparatus-based treatment methods to avoid reducing subcutaneous adipose tissue. Results. The article presents clinical recommendations for working with artificial intelligence-powered monopolar microneedle RF-lifting, depending on the morphotypes of aging. Conclusions. These recommendations contribute to effective and safe practice for physicians.
